Ingredients:
2 cups chicken broth
½ chopped onion
4 stalks celery
parsley
thyme
1 bay leave
rosemary
poultry seasoning
oregano
grated parmesan
1 ½ cup raisins
Procedure:
Chop vegetables, mix with seasoning, add small pad of butter, sweat in saute pan (medium low heat, until cooked but not browned).
Boil two cups chicken broth, remove from heat and add chopped bread mix (or one packet Stove Top Stuffing Mix), fold in quickly and throughly.
Add a handful of grated Parmesan cheese and a cup of raisins.
Add vegtables and fold til completely mixed. If desired, add a little butter and broth to keep from drying out and brown in oven 10-20 min at 325 degrees.
