Shots fired at Arlington apartment

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville Sheriff's Office investigation is underway after shots were fired at an Arlington apartment complex.

It happened Tuesday night around 9:45 at the Eagle Rock Apartment complex on Lansdowne Drive.

Investigators believe at least two people were firing shots outside the complex. Bullets hit a car in the parking lot, but police believe the gunmen were trying to hit a person. No one was hurt.
