JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- A chilly night under mostly clear skies will lead to some inland frost by early Monday with lows west of I-95 near freezing. Monday will be milder with highs in the 60s with partly sunny skies. New Year's Eve night will be pleasant and dry as temperatures dip into the 40s and 50s followed by a partly sunny, mild New Year's Day with highs in the low to mid 70s. The Gator Bowl kickoff will be partly cloudy with south winds near 10 mph and temperatures approaching 70 degrees by noon. The next chance for rain will be Wednesday-Thursday.
