St. Augustine commissioner resigns
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- A controversial St. Augustine city commissioner is resigning from his job.
Bill Leary sent a letter to the city manager saying he'll step down on February 18.
He says he wants to spend more time with his family and he is moving away.
Leary caused controversy earlier this week by pushing for an extra nominee for the Order of La Florida award.
