JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The bomb squad says a package found in the parking lot of a Southside Walmart is not dangerous.

The store on Philips Highway, just south of Emerson, was blocked off at 3 p.m,.

Police received a report about someone driving erratically in the parking lot.

The driver, according to police, stopped the car, opened all the doors and dropped two black bags before driving away. Those bags had only clothes inside, according to police.

Police say a man and a woman were in the car described as an orange or burgundy Ford Escape.

The Walmart was evacuated for a short time.

Police reviewed surveillance cameras, but were unable to clearly see the vehicle's identification.
