Tasting of first test tube burger
LONDON -- Volunteers tasted the first ever burger made in a test tube on Monday morning.
The hamburger was grown in a laboratory from stem cells of cattle.
It was created as a way to combat the world's food crisis. And it's not cheap. The burger will cost you $300,000 and that's without the fries.
The first tester said it was missing the fatty taste familiar with burgers but, otherwise, it was OK.
