One dead, two injured in triple shooting

ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. -- One man is under arrest this morning for allegedly shooting and killing one person and injuring two others. Police say Brandon Scott shot at three people inside a home during an argument just after 8 p.m. Sunday night. 

One victim tried to run but was later found dead in the woods nearby, according to police. Two other victims were taken to UF & Shands. Their condition has not yet been released. 

Police believe Scott knew the victims, but are unsure what sparked the argument.
