Victim identified in Emerson Expressway crash
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police have identified a man struck and killed on New Year's Eve.
Stephen Wallace Hancock, 51, died after being hit by a car at Emerson Expressway and Beach Boulevard.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says the man was hit as he attempted to cross Emerson Expressway from Shannon Terrace.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
