JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Humidity will increase and temperatures will be warmer the rest of the week. Highs Thursday will reach the low to mid 80s. Even warmer temperatures for Friday ahead of a cold front. Breezy southwest winds will help push temperatures to between 85 and 90 degrees. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop by late afternoon Friday as the sea breeze tries to penetrate inland. The weekend will turn noticeably cooler with some rain at times.
