Jacksonville man faces prison time for child pornography
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Federal Grand Jury in Jacksonville has formally indicted John Carver Lester, 61, of Jacksonville with three counts of receiving child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
Lester was arrested at his home on Dec. 20 and is in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
He faces five to 20 years in a federal prison and a $250,000 five for each of the receipt counts and up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for the possession charge if convicted.
