JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- To celebrate Thanksgiving, we are sharing some of our favorite holiday recipes with you. Lynnsey Gardner is showing us how to make her tasty chocolate éclair.
Ingredients:
2 instant vanilla pudding
Vanilla extract
Graham crackers
Chocolate icing
Milk
Cool whip
Directions:
1. Make pudding according to pie recipe inside box.
2. Add vanilla extract to taste.
3. Fold in cool whip.
4. Layer graham cracker on bottom; top with pudding and cool whip; top with graham crackers.
5. Microwave chocolate icing and spread on top.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
