Chances are it's going to be a rainy weekend. But that doesn't mean we can't have fun in the sun inside! I've got lots of options for your entertainment pleasure.
Please plan on saving the date for my Footloose Funday Sunday. I am competing in the annual Dancing with the Stars competition. This year it benefits Special Olympics. Fifty percent of our score is dancing ... I got that covered (it is ON!). But the other 50 percent is fundraising. That's where I need YOUR help.
I am throwing a party at Cliff's Bar & Grill on Monument Road Sunday from 2-6 p.m. Admission is a $10 donation to Special Olympics, but you get two drink tickets for either a Budweiser draft or a Pinnacle Vodka drink - so it's practically free! Plus, we will have a silent auction that is AMAZING! Everything from TVs, hotel stays, food gift cards, Jags tickets, a $500 dinner party at Bonefish, art from Adam Brett, Peterbrooke chocolate, a dozen foursomes for golf, personal trainer gift cards and so much more!
And, of course, there will be dancing and beach games. See you there!
