Child sexual battery suspect turns himself in to police
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man accused of multiple counts of sexual battery on a child has turned himself in to police.
Police called Floyd Thomas Rupp, 48, armed and dangerous. A few hours after police issued an alert for him, he surrendered.
