JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- It's video from the parking lot of the Boots and Bottles Tavern that gave the family of Sherry Prather one final look. She left the bar nearly three weeks ago on the back of a bike and hasn't been seen since.

One fleeting clue. Surveillance video shows missing mom Sherry Prather jumping on the back of a motorcycle with a man and disappearing into the night.

"That's not her that's why I don't understand why she would do that," said step-daughter Jeannine Hall. "That's scary to me because you don't know, she just had neck surgery not too long ago so I don't know if she fell off, she could be laying somewhere."

It's been almost three weeks. No one has heard from her. Prather's children are getting frantic.

"She'd always call me if she left, she'd call me and I haven't heard anything from her," said daughter Mandy Gonzalez who couldn't fight back the tears. "I just want her to come home. I don't know where she's at or who she's with, if she's OK."

It's tough for them to stand in the place where a clip of video is the clue of their loved one. But they refuse to give up. And they think someone out there holds the answer.

"Maybe they feel like they'll get in trouble if they say anything or I just feel like someone's hiding something," Gonzalez said.

At the very spot she was last seen, Prather's family will gather for a candlelight vigil on Thursday night. They say they refuse to let this case go cold.
