JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- Reports of flooding are coming into Action News for the areas of Penman Road, 8th Avenue and 7th Street North.
Jacksonville Beach resident Hank Watson sent in reports of areas of Penman Road being flooded, as well as 8th Avenue and 7th Street North.
Areas leading to access to the beach are about shin level, and many other areas have standing water.
Rain has been steady all morning with stiff winds blowing in from the ocean.
"We're trying to take pictures, but um, I think it's canceled for today," Temini Roy said.
She works for Prestige Portraits. She and two other photographers were suppose to take graduation sunrise pictures today.
