BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- The Glynn County Sheriff's Office says foul play is possible in the disappearance of a 22-year-old mother.

Amber Whited of Brunswick was reported missing on Tuesday after she left her job at Golden Isles Harley-Davidson at 153 Venture Drive, at 11 a.m. for lunch and did not return.

At the time she was driving a 1992 white Honda Accord. The vehicle was
found in the 3100 block of M.L.K. Boulevard on Wednesday around 3:30 p.m. The
vehicle had a flat tire.

A white male, about 5 foot 6 inches tall with dark hair and wearing a white T-shirt was seen leaving the vehicle around 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Amber has two daughters, ages 1 and 4. Co-workers tell Action News that Amber was a dependable employee who was never late for work.

Family members say it's not like her to cut off communication. They've visited the spot where her car was found Wednesday afternoon twice already.

"We're in great fear now that the car has been found and Amber is not with the car. You know we're all thinking it's not going to be a good outcome," said Susan Davis, whose son has a child with Amber.

Davis has known Amber for 12 years and has always considered her a daughter.

Davis calls Amber a devoted mother and says she wouldn't leave her children. "I just want whatever's been done to be undone and for her to come home."
