JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- Jacksonville Beach is about to receive a visit from its newest homeowner.

Peggy Walker got the surprise of a lifetime Tuesday night in Minnesota.

Forty million people entered to win the new high-tech home, which boasts 2,400 square feet of "old Florida" style, completely furnished. The house in Paradise Key South Beach was designed to incorporate all the latest in home design.

The HGTV network surprised Walker with the news that they can now spend their winters in Jacksonville Beach. She thought she was meeting her friends for dinner.

"One of 40 million entries, 40 million. It's just so overwhelming," said Walker.

In addition to the fabulous new home, the Walkers won a new GMC Denali and $100,000. They're from Wisconsin. There's no word yet on when she will visit her new home in person, but you can count on Action News to be there.
