FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- One of the drivers in the deadly semi collision that shut down the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 was arrested Tuesday, according to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies with the Sheriff's Office say 33-year-old St. Clair Agenord, from Winter Haven, was arrested on an out of county warrant from Alachua County for child support delinquency.

Agenord drove the semi-truck that was hit from the rear and the other driver was killed, according to the Sheriff's Office.

FHP identified the driver who died Tuesday afternoon as 41-year-old Christoper Mceuen of Jacksonville.

The northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Flagler County are expected to open around 5 p.m., according to FHP. Officials say the vehicles have been cleared from the roadway.

Action News was the first to bring you pictures from the scene of the explosive crash between a semi and tanker truck that collided around 4 a.m. Tuesday.

"For reasons still under investigation, that tanker rear-ended the trailer. The tanker overturned, quickly ignited and engulfed in flames," said Sgt. Dylan Bryan with Florida Highway Patrol.

However, FHP says Agenord was lucky.

"The driver of the secondary truck was not injured in this crash," said Bryan.

The Sheriff's Office says Agenord is being held on a $2,000 bond.
