ORLANDO, Fla. -- A newly-released internal affairs report is shedding light on the case of a retired Orlando Police officer accused of forcing a woman that he arrested to have sex with him.

The internal affairs report found Rod Johnson violated several policies.

Johnson was arrested in December.

Johnson has denied the allegations, and has not been convicted of rape by the courts.

However, in the internal affairs report from Orlando police, investigators said there was sufficient evidence to prove he committed a crime while on duty.

Johnson retired from the department, and it has been recommended he be terminated and possibly stripped of his pension.

The report reveals he violated several department policies.

Investigators called on Johnson to testify for an Internal Affairs interview, but he submitted his retirement paperwork, backdating it the day before the scheduled interview.

In October, investigator Chris Newton wrote, "The evidence is clear to prove Officer Johnson committed sexual battery while on duty and in his uniform."

Orlando police released a statement Wednesday morning saying, "Chief Rooney takes all allegations against employees seriously. The community can rest assured that OPD will always ensure fair and complete investigations and that there is appropriate discipline."

Also revealed in the report, the unidentified victim said she recently found out she's pregnant and may have conceived during the alleged rape.

Johnson has pleaded not guilty and his trial is slated to start in June.
