JSO getting reports of rocks being thrown at cars

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Drivers are dealing with a problem on local roads, strangers throwing debris at cars.

This is not a new problem for Jacksonville.

JSO has been battling this crime since the 1990's.

295 was named the Highway from Hell by the National Media.

Now police are getting reports of rocks thrown at vehicles on the west side.

This time the rocks and debris near the intersection of Ricker rd and 103rd street.

A witness tells Action News he saw at least three teens throw debris at several vehicles near his property.

Nobody was hurt.

Police still haven't caught the culprits, a big concern for neighbors and other neighbors who drive in the area every day.
