JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police say they have found a mentally handicapped man who had been missing since Saturday Morning.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says Roland Davis, 65, was found safe.
He went missing Saturday Morning in the area of Blanding Boulevard and San Juan Avenue.
