Middleburg man charged in capitol child sex battery
CLAY COUNTY, Fla.-- A man from Middleburg is facing charges tonight after police say he sexually attacked a child younger than 12 years old.
David Allen Manning, 28, of Middleburg was arrested Sunday in Lawtey on a warrant.
He's being held without bond on a charge of capitol sexual battery on a child.
