MARION COUNTY, Fla. -- A mother in Central Florida is facing charges of driving under the influence with three children in her car.
Sheriff deputies arrested Kimberly Noelle Martin, 26, after a witness saw her come to a speeding stop in a convenience store parking lot.
The witness smelled alcohol and spotted the kids in the car, and managed to get the keys away from Martin.
Deputies found oxycodone tablets in Martin's car. Authorities say she blew a .21 on a breathalyzer during a field-sobriety test, which is nearly three times the legal limit of .08.
The children are with relatives. They're 9, 6, and 6 months old.
Martin faces charges of possession of oxycodone, tampering with evidence, and DUI in the presence of children under 18.
