JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The search for a missing mother and daughter from Jacksonville is over.

Charity Chatman was arrested overnight during a traffic stop in Perry, Georgia.

A driver called police after spotting Chatman's green Buick going south on I-75.  The driver saw pictures of Chatman's Buick on television newscasts.

Her daughter, six-year-old Onnika Fisher, is safe. She is now back in state custody in Jacksonville.

An Amber Alert was issued for Onnika Friday after police reported her mother abducted her during a supervised visit.  Chatman did not have custody of her daughter.

Police say Chatman leaned down and asked for a hug and a kiss from her daughter before shoving her into the car.  A specialist at the Jewish Family & Community Services Center told police, "I have a court order from Judge Wiggins and I'm taking the child, I'll see you in court."

Chatman does have a court order from Judge Wiggins. It's an order to stay away from Brandy Smith who filed an injunction for protection against Chatman last month.

Chatman is now facing charges of interfering with child custody. There's no word on when she'll be extradited back to Jacksonville.

The little girl's father lives in the Fort Meyers area.  Police say he is cooperating with investigators.
