FERNANDINDA BEACH, Fla. -- They get paid to catch lovers in the act and for local private investigators, Valentine's Day is a busy holiday.

Douglas Oliver, an investigator for A.I 13 Investigations based in Nassau County, said, "It's kind of hard to watch, but it happens every day. Someone's doing it somewhere."

Investigator Charles Cooper, owner of A.I. 13 said this holiday for them is unfortunately a day of breaking hearts.

"This is a private investigators biggest day when it comes to infidelity," said Cooper.

Action News was with these local investigators on Valentine's Day when they captured hidden video of their client's husband kissing a woman at an Irish bar in Nassau County.

Cooper said, "Now they get to see it and the video doesn't lie."

But unfortunately some spouses do lie, even on Valentine's Day.

But just know if you do, someone might be watching.

"If we are there and they're allowing us the opportunity to present our skills, said Cooper, "We are going to do that and we do that very well."
