WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Judge Joseph Marx on Wednesday morning advised a 40-year-old man to stay out of Little Caesars pizzerias or a “heap” of problems would follow.
Dempsey Francois, who has no listed permanent address, was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Tuesday on a charge of trespassing.
Delray Beach police officers say he was causing a disturbance Tuesday evening at the Little Caesars at 1449 S. Congress Avenue in Delray Beach. Police came to the location and saw Francois leaning on the front glass of the restaurant, according to an arrest report. Officers found out that Francois had already been given a trespassing warning at the restaurant Monday.
Before sentencing Francois to time served Wednesday morning, Marx questioned Francois’ taste and issued some stern advice:
“What’s up with Little Caesars? The pizza’s not even that good,” Marx said.
“Stay out of there, you promise?” Marx asked. “If the next time you come back is for Little Caesars, we’re going to have a whole heap of problems.”
“I don’t want no problems, sir,” Francois responded.
