Redskins bring in Brace

Ashburn, VA (Sports Network) - The Washington Redskins have signed nose tackle Ron Brace to an undisclosed contract.

Brace spent four seasons with New England and was released by the Patriots in late December. He appeared in 10 games last season and notched four tackles.

The 26-year-old Boston College product was a second-round pick in 2009 and played 39 games for the Patriots, starting seven. He has 39 career tackles and one forced fumble.
