JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The pick is in and for the Jacksonville Jaguars it's the player they hoped for all along.

After Kansas City selected Eric Fisher first year General Manager Dave Caldwell and Head Coach Gus Bradley jumped at the opportunity to pick up Texas A&M's Luke Joeckel.

Caldwell was asked by owner Shad Khan in his interview who he thought was the top pick and, even then, he went with Joeckel.

Now the intrigue begins once the left tackle joins the team. Of course, the Jags already have a LT in Eugene Monroe and, according to Bradley, there will be an open competition for the job this fall.
