• Jacksonville high school football coach Ryan Keith dies after battle with ALS

    JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Local high school football coach Ryan Keith passed away Friday after a long battle with ALS.

    Keith was diagnosed with the deadly disease in his late 20s, while he was coaching at Providence. He later became the head coach at Eagle's View Academy and returned to his alma mater to help assist the Trinity Christian program, as well.

    Keith was given three to five years to live when he was diagnosed and he ended up battling the disease for a decade.
