The strong cold front has moved into the Caribbean & is becoming stationary.  Upper level toughing will become re-established over the Western U.S. for much of next week so upper level ridging will dominate the Caribbean, Gulf & Southeast U.S.  No surface low pressure development is anticipated.

No tropical development expected within the Atlantic Basin as we round out the '13 season.

The cold front is crossing the Bahamas & Cuba & is into the NW Caribbean.
