ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A 68-year-old man is accused of stalking, taking pictures of and exposing himself to neighborhood children in Orange County, authorities said. Deputies said he gave the children candy.

Harold Baker was arrested and remains in the Orange County Jail, but a judge granted him $500 bail.

However, the bail amount comes with strict requirements: he cannot return to the neighborhood.

The judge also told Baker he is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 16.

Baker's family can go back to his house to get his personal items because he is going to live with them in Volusia County.

Deputies said they caught Baker lurking in his neighbor's bushes before they arrested him.

The children said Baker would hug them, say disgusting things to them, and one time they looked through his windows and found pictures of themselves on his computer.
